Hi Gretchen

I've seen you perform many times on UK tours but my favourite was at the National Centre for Early Music in York. You were superb but the venue with its unique acoustics was a really appropriate venue for your voice and playing. I have tickets - along with several friends - for your gig in Selby on May 17th. Do you know anything about the venue ? Again the acoustics will be superb - it is an old Methodist Chapel which was saved from being a tyre depot and turned into a venue for c 150. I'll be queing up to get near the front and if you play Like Water Into Wine give me a smile !

Peace and Love

Patrick (Kinsalegreg)

Thanks for the tip Patrick, we love playing old churches. Make sure you get your request for LWIW to me after April 1 when we start building the set lists for the tour. This time the songs will be decided by the audience. We'll let everyone know how best to send requests in soon. BTW I think it's an entirely appropriate song for a church. ;)

Great gig last night at Selby. I had forgotten to post a request so Like Water Into Wine wasn't played but I didn't care at all as the whole night was grand. I really loved the photographs and don't know how you could not shed a tear when singing the Aviator Song with that fantastic picture of your father and his crew behind you. I hope you didn't hear too much of my loud flat singing to I Ain't Ever Satisfied but I thought the audience gave it a real go and hope you liked it. I must say I thought you were having a good time and hope you can come back to that venue or else I'll be searching out other redundant churches to alert your management too! Peace and Love
Patrick

ps Women on the Wheel wasa reat treat - rest up but write more !
